1. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in any program, masterclass, or coaching service offered by Doctor Robinne LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client,” “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. Completion of payment via our Stripe checkout page, Wix checkout, or any other authorized processor constitutes your binding acceptance of this agreement.

2. Commitment Policy

By enrolling, you commit to completing all sessions within the program timeline. It is your responsibility to schedule and attend all coaching sessions, masterclasses, or group sessions included in your purchase. Unused sessions will not be carried over, rescheduled outside the program dates, or refunded.

3. Payment Policy

Full Payment Required: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in a written payment plan agreement.
Payment Plans: If a payment plan is offered and selected, you agree to complete all installments on schedule. Failure to complete payments will result in removal from the program, and all amounts already paid are non-refundable.
Authorization: By providing payment details, you authorize us to automatically charge your card or account for agreed-upon payments.

4. No Refund Policy

All Sales Final: All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, or change of mind.
Immediate Delivery of Services: Coaching, consulting, and digital services are considered delivered at the time of booking due to immediate allocation of time, resources, and program access.
No Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate a chargeback with your credit card provider. Any attempt to do so will be considered a breach of contract, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies and report non-payment.

5. Program Access & Delivery

Masterclasses: You will receive access details via email after successful payment. Access may be time-limited as specified on the sales page.
Coaching Programs: Access to group or 1:1 coaching, private messaging support, or program communities (e.g., Skool, Signal) will be provided within 24 hours of purchase.
Lifetime Access Disclaimer: If “lifetime access” is stated, it refers to the lifetime of the program, not your lifetime. The Company reserves the right to discontinue or update program content at any time.

6. Client Responsibilities

Participation: Your success depends on your commitment and follow-through. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
Conduct: We reserve the right to remove clients from any program without refund if they engage in harassment, inappropriate behavior, or disrupt the experience of others.
Technology: You are responsible for maintaining the necessary internet, devices, and software to access program content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided in programs, masterclasses, and coaching sessions remain the intellectual property of Doctor Robinne LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Guarantees

Our programs, coaching, and masterclasses are designed for educational and transformational purposes. While we aim to provide tools and strategies for breakthrough and success, we make no guarantees regarding financial results, business outcomes, or personal transformations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doctor Robinne LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our programs or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas.
